Chris Brown
Chris Brown is an Architect from the Pratt Undergraduate Program, with minors in Psychology and Social Justice / Social Practice.

His Thesis research is focused on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on urban density in New York City. By proposing a new typology of reuse, modernist towers are reinvigorated with an open and extrospective breath; contrary to the introspective and autonomous nature of modernist skyscrapers. 28 Liberty Street, formerly One Chase Manhattan Plaza, is a test site for this new typology. The tower provides a new influx of housing as well as training and education for those most affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic.
