In my final year at Pratt Institute, I have enjoyed the exploration of cut and sew knitwear and tech fabrics. Using these materials, I created pieces that encapsulate the body with both fitted sculpted forms, and adjustable volume. My inspiration began with the way jellyfish move and adapt to protect themselves. The collection partly focuses on exposure and protection of the body. The outerwear pieces in my collection lend themselves to the idea of protection.

Working on this collection during the pandemic has informed my designs. The elevated activewear aesthetic lends itself to the lifestyle that we are facing, as we come out the past year spent at home.
