Victoria Chen
Hi, this is Victoria (Hung-Ju) Chen, a NY based hybrid designer with over 5 years of experience. Most recently, I completed my Masters in Information Experience Design.
My career started as a Graphic Design Associate to help my supervisor, a Senior Product Designer, to develop digital products by following user experience principles. It was during this time I realized that a greatly successful product cannot without user feedback, and those insights usually need to be discovered through UX methods. With passion and curiosity, I have specialized in digital platform analysis by visualizing user problems at Pratt Institute. I conducted several works to support NGO, art, e-commerce, insurance, information industry in critical stages.
I also enjoy writing articles on Prototypr.io with 148K followers to help people learn design technic and do some experimental works posted on Medium and YouTube when my cat, Hiddleston, isn't making mischief.
