Recent Work
Artist Statement
With attention to detail and focus on quirks in life, Katrin passionately seeks for beauty where least expected. Her work taps into moving and still imagery paired with sounds and sonic thoughts. She explores ways to enhance unique moments and seemingly naturalistic instances. Hand-woven visual and sonic waves carry glimpses of magical worlds.

Her thesis film SHINY DUPES is a culmination of Katrin's studies at Pratt Institute, where she fuses her interests in writing, production design, fashion, sound, and editing all through the film medium.
