Anna Marley
Anna Marley is a mixed media artist from Upstate New York. The themes found in her work stem from her experience with social anxiety. Currently her work focuses on language, specifically the difficulty of using language. This is achieved through materiality and physicality in her work. An additional element that can be found in Anna's work is use of the unconscious, through the surrealist technique of decalcomania. Recently, during her time quarantining at home, Anna has been experimenting with paper making and book binding.
